Henley-on-Thames Town Council Committees & Meetings
Henley-on-Thames Town Council Committee Meetings run on a 6 week cycle, and are always held on Tuesday evenings in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall at 7.30pm unless otherwise indicated.
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings and a ten minute public participation period is set aside at the start of each meeting in which the public may ask questions or make comments regarding any of the matters covered on the Agenda. If you would like to attend or make a representation at a Council meeting, please read the agenda of your chosen meeting carefully so that you can make the necessary arrangements in good time. For some committees, you will need to contact the relevant officer more than 24 hours in advance.

An Annual Town Meeting is held every year in which community organisations are encouraged to report on their activities over the year. It is also an opportunity for the Council to present an overview of its work and achievements since the previous meeting. Additionally the public is welcomed and encouraged to participate in the public question time.
