Henley-on-Thames Town Charter Market
Charter Markets are held at the Market Place on Thursdays. The Charter Market is currently at full capacity but if you are interested in trading at the Henley Charter Market please contact Nicci Taylor 07940501382 n.taylor@henleytowncouncil.gov.uk to be added to the waiting list, or alternatively keep an eye on our website where vacancies will be announced. There is also a short notice waiting list that is held for traders who are able at short notice to cover pitches during periods of holiday or sickness.
COVID-19 Update April 2021
Following Government Guidelines, the Charter Market welcomes back its non-essential traders from Thursday 15th April 2021. To enable our markets to continue, Henley Town Council have put into place some additional measures to ensure that our markets are as safe as possible. All pitches are spaced out to promote social distancing. All traders wearing face coverings and have hand sanitiser on their stalls for their own use and for use by customers. All stalls displaying signs promoting social distancing. The Market Place will be taped off during the markets. Entrance / exit spaces will be left so that people can enter and leave the market area in a socially distanced manner. Please act responsibly when visiting our markets and respect the traders and your fellow shoppers by following social distancing, sanitising your hands, wearing a face covering and queueing responsibly. Please only enter the Market by the official entrance.
Charter Markets are held at the Market Place on Thursdays. Stalls do not trade on the 4th Thursday of the Month due to the Farmers Market.
