Grants - how to apply
The Council's current grants policy will apply to all grant requests submitted up to 31st March 2017. Applicants are advised to read the guidance notes before completing their application form.

Henley Town Council has a limited budget for awarding community grants (up to and including £10,000) to local organisations.Grant applications will not be considered unless accompanied by financial information requested under Section 10 of the form.
Please note that applications for community grants are considered by the Finance Strategy and Management Committee twice a year (February/March and September). To ensure applications are included on the relevant agenda they must be received at the Council Offices at least three weeks before the committee dates.

Use of rooms and venues
If you have been awarded free use of Council rooms or facilities please click here for our terms and conditions.
If you are organising a Festival and wish to apply for free use of Council rooms or facilities please click here for our terms and conditions.
If you would like to apply for free use of Council rooms or facilities but do not qualify above you will need to apply for a community grant for the value of the free use (at local/charity rates) using the community grant form, see above. The room hire rates can be found under the Council Services/Rooms and Venues Available website page.
